Aria, designed by Yabu Pushelberg for ADL, aims to create “parentheses of intimacy” within larger spaces without the need for any architectural arrangements. It is a modular system of freestanding screens that can be used individually or create larger “parentheses” for larger domestic living spaces as well as for the hospitality industry. The slender aluminum frames can also integrate a LED lighting system that emphasizes the texture of the more textured glass and creates a delicate bubble of light that further defines the intimate nature of the space defined by the Aria screens.
